Architecture: Python state generator (13+ data sources) → JSON snapshot → static HTML/JS. No LLM in the data path. 15-min cron refresh (Flash-lite, ~$0.01/run). Tailscale Funnel HTTPS. Systemd user unit.

- Active vs disabled beat distinction — Separate visual treatment in the beat grid for intentionally-disabled beats vs. beats that are enabled but silently failing.
